Patients needs are priority
They believe in the local brand
Local dentists with ownership
IDSOs are more profitable
Dentist share in that profit
IDSOs do not micro manage
Seller remains in charge
With an IDSO, the seller retains
Ownership or partnership controls
When partnering with an IDSO,
Sellers remains practice leaders
IDSOs insist on each practice,
Remaining unique in the market
